Directions:
Combine cabbage, carrots, onions and bell pepper in large bowl. To make dressing, combine the ground celery seed, vinegar, picante sauce, sugar, pepper, and salt, if used, in small bowl. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss until well coated. Cover and store in refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.
