Low Sugar Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients:

2 eggs(1 whole+2 whites or 4 whites)
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
½ cup. Brown Sugar Twin
6 packages SWEET ONE
1 ½ cup Pumpkin
2 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Ginger
½ tsp ground cloves
½ tsp. Nutmeg

Gingersnap crumb crust:
1 ½ cup gingersnap crumbs
2 packages SWEET ONE
3 Tbsp margarine
Mix together and press into 9: pan. Bake 350 F for 10 minutes

Directions:
Beat eggs until thick: add sugar slowly and beat until smooth. Pour into baked pie shell(see below) and bake at 425 F for 20 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Cool before serving. Recipe from Angie White, R.D. - VA Dietitian
