Exercise
In our daily list of things to accomplish in a day, exercise seems to take a back seat all too often to our family, our husband, our jobs and the many other obligations we have. While none of us have an astonishing amount of time to spend sculpting our bodies, we need to realize that if we do not take time today for the improvement of our health, we may not be here tomorrow for the other obligations we hold dear -- our families.
Take the time for yourself. Change your mind set about exercise. Use exercise as "your time" -- a stress reliever. Look for practical ways to incorporate small increments of activity into your schedule. Make an appointment in your daily planner. First, dispell your myths about exercise. Then, begin the education process. You will be amazed at how easily you can make exercise a habit.
