Keeping Fit on Vacation
  • Keep equipment on hand for activities: Frisbee, ball and bat, soccer ball, roller-blades, football, etc.
  • Play fun games with other vacationers: start a game of tag, kick a ball around, etc.
  • Work out at the hotel gym or play in the pool.
  • Consider a day trip to the mountains to hike, go rowing, climb trees, etc.
  • In the winter you can ski, ice skate, or sled for exercise!
