BBQ Biscuit Cups
Yield: 10 biscuit cups
Ingredients:
- 1 can of refrigerated biscuits(the cheap kind, not the super flaky ones)
- ½ pound cooked hamburger meat
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (approximate)
- slices fat free cheese
Directions:
1. Spray muffin tin with nonfat spray.
2. Pat biscuits into muffin tin.
3. Mix together hamburger meat and BBQ sauce. Place spoonful into
each biscuit “cup”.
4. Top with small piece of cheese.
5. Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
